We design and deliver a range of interventions to help all types of organisations improve wellbeing and engagement. We have delivered bespoke course on: ‘Emotional Resilience’ ‘Leadership Resilience’, ‘Stress Management’, ‘Mindfulness for the Workplace’, ‘Identifying and Dealing with Suicide Risk for call centre staff’, ‘Helping Managers Manage Mental Health in the Workplace’, Helping Colleagues Support Each Other’. We also offer consultancy services to help organisations improve their wellbeing offering and design wellbeing surveys.
We help leaders to recognise their own motivation and drivers so that they have a better understanding of how to motivate others. We offer psychometric tools/training and executive coaching to help leaders gain a better understanding of their emotional intelligence, ability to recognise their preferred leadership style(s) and ability to flex their leadership style. We use an inward/out approach to help leaders play to their leadership strengths and we also help organisations develop higher levels of entrepreneurship/creativity across all organisational levels and to build highly effective teams. >.
